Cleartrip - Refund not received flight was cancelled approx 5 months ago

My name is Anurag. I booked my flight on March *th, **** from amazon India, my journey date was March **th from Delhi to Srinagar and retuning date was March **th from Srinagar to delhi, the flight operations was cancelled by GOI becoz of COVID lockdown, I have called and emailed to cleartrip and amazon at least ** times they only refunded the amount of one cancelled flight That is of **th March, could you please help me to get the refund of journey date **th March...whenever I called cleartrip they always said it we will process the refund in ** hours and I'll receive it in *-* working days but still no sign of refund after * months approx...could you please help
