Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Refund not received by makemytrip

I booked round trip flights via makemytrip. Due to pandemic i rescheduled the flights through airlines as makemytrip could not be reached for rescheduling via phone. The flights however got cancelled by the airlines and they have refunded the amount to makemytrip. But mkemytrip is not not taking any calls or emails and refund has not been initiated yet by them automatically. It is disappointment from such a huge company.
