Aeronpay - Refund not received by AeronPay

So i paid the rent from Aeronpay via Credit card, after just paid it's goes into pending order, after * day i got the message in WhatsApp Your transaction of Rs. ***** with AeronPay ID: XXXX has been Failed. Since i'm using this app *st time i was little worry about this payment, after reading review from playstore Twitter(X) i see many people facing same issue, and company not sending people money back into there bank account. Today is ** Jan i'm not able to see their app at playstore, might be something happen or might be playstore remove, their *Star review mostly paid, common words using for review. as company refund Policy there is still *-*days left in refund date. but i'm they are scamming people because people facing issue since last * year
