I am writing to request assistance with an ongoing issue concerning AeronPay, a digital bill payment service provider, which has failed to refund amounts for multiple unsuccessful transactions despite repeated attempts on my part to resolve the matter with them.
The first failed transaction took place on August **, ****, and every credit card transaction through AeronPay since that date has also failed. Instead of returning the funds to my original payment source as per their refund policy, AeronPay has been transferring the amounts to their internal wallet, without my consent. My latest failed transaction, with AeronPay Transaction ID: APAY**************, occurred on October *, ****.
Over the past three months, I have contacted AeronPay’s customer support more than ** times via email and reached out through their official WhatsApp channel, but I have received no adequate response or effective resolution. AeronPay continues to close grievance tickets without offering a satisfactory resolution, despite their policy stating that refunds should be issued to the source account.
In light of the lack of response and the prolonged delay, I am reaching out to the National Consumer Helpline to seek assistance in recovering my funds from AeronPay. I have attached all relevant documentation, including screenshots of the failed transactions, copies of emails sent to AeronPay’s customer support, and records of our WhatsApp conversations, as evidence of my numerous efforts to obtain a resolution.
