Aeronpay - Aeronpay Rent payment not received to account using credit card

I am writing regarding a rent payment transaction made via credit card, which has yet to be resolved. The details are as follows:

Amount: Rs **,*** + Rs *** charge
Issue: The amount was not credited to the beneficiary's account.
Current Status: I was informed that a refund was initiated after * days. However, it has been over * months , and I still have not received the refunded amount in my account.
This is extremely disappointing, especially considering I registered a complaint with your support team (Ticket ID: ******) and sent follow-up emails * months ago. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful updates or resolutions.

For your visibility and understanding, I am attaching my credit card statement to confirm that I have not received the refund yet.

I kindly request that you:

Provide a detailed update on the status of my refund.
Share a reference number or UTR to verify with my bank whether the refund has been processed.
If the refund is not processed promptly, I will have no choice but to take legal action, including seeking compensation for the inconvenience. Please consider this email a final notice before escalation.
