Aeronpay - Aeronpay Not Received Refund Amount for CC Payment

Dear Sir,
I am Prabhijit S Prasad, I have been using Aeronpay app for credit card bill payment many times, most of the time my credit card account is credited on right time, sometimes there is a slight delay in payments but on **/**/**** when I used my credit card for bill payment my credit card account was not received, that time status is showing pending. I have mailed Aeronpay and they refunded to their wallet on **/**/****, again I paid to CC bill payment and same issue happened that time. Later I mailed Aeronpay and they say you have to wait for a day to reflect your CC account but no credit. I have mailed them again and again but my money is not refunded yet. Checking transaction details it was refunded on **/**/****. But I have not refunded my money. Now the application has been removed from the play store and now their website has completely removed the transaction report.
I have mailed them many times but did not get any positive indication from there.
Please help me to collect payment from Aeronpay app.
