Aeronpay - Aeronpay did not refund and take all my aeronpay ecash balance

I have paid three bills, one credit card bill and two recharges one shows successful other two are pending. I did not received any of those services. They are not replying mail properly now. Txn id - APAY**************, Transaction ID: APAY**************, Transaction ID: APAY**************. They mentioned that money has been refunded. But money is not showing anywhere of the app and I am not able to use that. Please solve the issue. From last ** days this happened please refund my money to the bank account and share me the reference id. Please ask aeron pay to how we can use the refunded amount. I have not received the amount. Also I have some balance in aeronpay e-cash they did not provide anything.
