Make my trip - Refund not received

I booked a flight from dehradun to cochin through make my trip.Make my trip alloted me a connection flight from jaipur.The airlines alloted to me was spice jet from dehradun to jaipur and go air from jaipur to cochin.The flights were cancelled from airlines side.I had done the refund claim through make my trip app and they told me they will give me full refund but now they told me that they will only provide me credit voucher instead of refund.since i am not a regular flight user i dont need credit voucher.When i contacted with air lines they told me they have processed the full refund to make my trip.Kindly give me my refund.
