Paras filed complaint against Ajio on Apr 14, 2018
I returned a t shirt to ajio ( refund ID #******** ) on **th march and refund was initiated then however it was supposed to reach me on **th as told by ajio but i didn’t receive it.
I tried calling *** times and contacted but still issue not resolved. They keep fooling the customers around and not refunding back.
Asking for pdf statement of my linked bank , as i couldn’t provide but screenshot sent to them regarding past ** statements of march and april. Checked with my bank as well . Still no response .
Worst service ever.
Help me to get my refund back ASAP.
