I purchased a laptop from Reliance Digital app on * Nov which was delivered to me on ** Nov.
The laptop was faulty and had many problems So I filed a return and refund request on ** Nov,
The laptop was picked up from my home on ** Nov and reached back to warehouse on ** Nov.
I filed many complaints due to No reesolution given by company.
But then on * Dec I received a mail stating that I will get my refund in * working days.
But unfortunately, I didnot get any refund in my upi account, So I raised various complaints with them .
One compalint raised on ** Dec Is still open till date and the team made fake promises and now saying wait a little more.
They didnot even update the status in their app, It is still showing return created.
Pls help me get my money back Its been * months almost.
