Sangitika Talavdekar filed complaint against Make My Trip on May 3, 2021
We had booked air tickets of Air India for flights Mumbai to Singapore & return through MAKE MY TRIP. But due to Corona Pandemic, all the flights to Singapore and air tickets to Singapore were cancelled . So we have claimed for refund of air tickets. We received email from Air India that it has refunded our ticket amount to booking agent. i.e to Make My trip on **/** ****.
Apart from repeated complaints and follow ups Make My trip is not refunding our money. Make My Trip reference number <RA **********> Make my trip is giving only status that "Response awaited from Air line "
