It has been over * months, I still haven't received my refund for booking id EMT********. Everytime I'm calling the easemytrip customer service they keep telling the same thing that the payment has failed due to some problems in tha payment gateway and they will again initiate the refund. It has been going on for over * months now. I've other work to do also besides following up with them everyday. This is a pathetic service by easemytrip. I've to think twice next time I book my tickets via easemytrip.
They don't even want to provide the transaction id, date and time in case there is some issue with the refund from my bank's end, which shows the refund is not yet initiated. I've also given them the option to refund the amount in my easemytrip wallet.
The matter has been reported multiple times and has been escalated multiple times but frustratingly no proper resolution has been provided.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
