KESHAV GAMBHIR filed complaint against Cleartrip on Mar 27, 2021
I had booked a flight ticket with cleartrip.
I had to cancel the booking due to medical reasons.
I have been following up with cleartrip since then, but I have not got any positive response from them.
The airline says that Cleartrip has authority to process the refund immediately.
Cleartrip is making a fool out of me.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
