Easemytrip - Refund not processed

EaseMyTrip offers pathetic customer service. They believe in fraud.
I had booked a Go Air flight from their website and then got it rescheduled (this costed me another *K). On the day of the flight, due to certain circumstances, I got my flight cancelled from the airline’s end. Although the GoAir has refunded entire amount to EaseMyTrip (including the rescheduling fee), EMT only offered me ticket fee which does not make sense. The rescheduling fee is charged at the end of the airlines and if they are okay in giving it back I don’t understand why EMT wants to hold on the money.
Its been * months and I am still waiting.
