Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - Refund not processed

Dear Sir/madam

I have made many complain on refund for the below mentioned ticket attached:

Delhi – Muscat

Ticket was cancelled on same day of booking **th November **** confirmed by your app. This was due to that fact that I had booked the ticket on wrong date. I wanted to book the ticket on **nd November **** but by mistake it was done on **th November **** due to wrong touch on phone screen. Once I saw the mistake, I again booked for **nd November **** which you can see from my account.

Many times I have complained online using app and your chat on Myra which is a useless system of help and do not help at all on these refund process, it referrers that it will share the details with team to contact us however it is not working.

I have tried to contact on +************ from my other number as I am not in India (note that it is an international air ticket), it was offering to put my number which I used for booking which is +************. However you system was not recognizing still send otp after half an hour and all are in record. Today I again tried at *.**pm Oman time and I got sms (otp) at *.** pm oman time.

I have called Air India and they refuse to direct help me as I have booked the ticket using makemytrip. They said the ticket is cancelled and makemytrip should send a reminder for refund and within **days it will be refunded.

I know makemytrip systems of customer service have become useless and I am not sure I will get help or not, but I write to inform you that if I don’t get the refund within two weeks, I will refer this case to legal. Now I will also post this email on complains website for the people to know your services.
