Due to a medical emergency requiring surgery, I was unable to travel. While I was informed that only a partial refund would be processed, I requested a breakdown and confirmation from the airline regarding the refund amount.

Despite my repeated attempts to seek clarification and updates, I have not received any response or resolution. This lack of communication and delay in processing my refund has caused me significant mental stress and financial inconvenience.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum to:
