The flight got canceled because of Covid-** lockdown and the concerned airline had already processed the full refund which was to be credited by MakeMyTrip in my account which it hasn't done.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
