We have booked tickets on MakeMyTrip to Paris via a Jet Airways flight. It got cancelled and we are yet to receive the refunds for the same. Customer service guys keep saying that they are processing the money. Jet Airways' customer care won't pick up the call.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
