Make My Trip - Refund not processed by Makemytrip Group Booking Section

Hi Voxya,
My name is Sri Sai Kolluru, A resident of Hyderabad
On March *th **** -I have booked Air Asia flight via Makemytrip group booking as the number of people travelling are more than ** ( Total ** passengers).
Journey was supposed to be on **th May **** from Visakhapatnam to New Delhi but the flights were cancelled by air Asia due to the cyclone warning on **th May.

Later - After confirming via customer care air Asia refunded back that amount to Makemytrip.

Here arises the problem - The above entire process was done by **th May ****.

Since then I have been calling all the MMT group booking channels to confirm the update or refund process

- None gives an update about the same
- Everytime they just say they checking and they keep us on hold and never answer, Some would say my refund will be done in * days , Some would say my refund will be after a week, ** days , ** days soon and so forth
- This has gone for two weeks , Then I talked to Some Sr executive Mr. Raja he promised that “There is a technical glitch and whole process will be done by *th June ****”
- On *th June - I have talked to Raja again but he again assured gimme two hours - I will do the refund
- I have asked everyone of them to give in writing or by mail the update no one gives that
- I have been calling daily so many times / They are not at all answering in a correct way - They keep Raja is in meeting or outside or eating (After *th June)

- This has caused a lot of grievance for my family as ** thousand is not a small amount for a working class family

- Everytime - I call Makemytrip- They keep saying Raja is busy / We have booked a call back which no one ever did


I have gone through a lot of mental tension - I want my refund of ** thousand and compensation for the grievance and mental torture Makemytrip have caused me and my family.

Please expedite this
