Camelia Sarkar filed complaint against Nykaa E-retail Pvt Lmt on Jun 19, 2021
On *th November **** I made online UPI transaction using Gpay to Nykaa. The transaction failed but the amount was debited from my account.
The amount was supposed to get revered in the account within * to * business days. But the amount is still not credited. I contacted my bank but there's no issue from their side. They have asked me to raise the issue with the service provider. And even after repeated emails, this problem has not been solved. I have enough proof of the transaction and its failure.
