So i ordered two facewash and for a free sunscreen from foxtale. The pump does not work and gets no product out of the bottle. I requested refund or replacement because of defect in pump but they are lying saying it's fine and we are unable to help you which is pathetic! You basically took my money and gave me something i can't get out of the bottle!?? What's wrong with nykaa
