I have ordered personal item which is non-returnable but Nykaa delivered wrong size and denying refund saying product is non-returnable and non-refundable. But mistake is from Nykaa end as they delivered wrong size so they should be liable for this and issue refund.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
