I ordered four Redken products (official seller on Nykaa), but the package arrived sealed and completely empty.
I immediately submitted:
A full unboxing video
Photos of the sealed parcel and empty interior
Order details and invoice
Despite this, Nykaa has refused a refund or replacement and continues sending generic, automated responses that ignore the evidence I provided. Their response was: “No issue from our side.”
This experience feels extremely unprofessional for a trusted platform, and the lack of accountability is concerning.
I have also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline, but I’m seeking support to escalate and resolve this issue.
