Pantaloons online - Refund not issued

I had placed two orders online on **th sep **** and **th sep ****. Both orders got cancelled due to some technical issue and I called the customer care and made an inquiry about it. I was been told that i'll receive the refund in *-* working days. It's been more than an a month I still didn't receive any refund and I also registered the complaint in pantaloons regarding same.
