On */**/** I ordered clothes from pantaloons online with order no.******* , AWB No.PLNP********** (Instakart) which had * products. In those * products i received only * of it which was shipped separately. rest * products amounting of **** Rs is still pending .Its been almost * months and i am still waiting for my order and have not received my order till date.There is no update on website from them neither from logistics team. I have raised complains multiple times but all went in vain. Their customer care agents listen the complain and start everything afresh . I have raised my issue several times and they say its still in process and they have escalated my complain . But its still in process from last * month. and they have been playing with my patience from last * months. I am horrified and saddened by the way such a reputed e commerce giant is working.
now i have had enough and they have crossed my limit of tolerance.i have no other option left except to complain in consumer forum.
i ll be very thankful if you people can help me in this regard.
