I placed order on pantaloons online app and then because of the size I exchange the product then after the product was undelivered by the Courier service and the product returned then after the refund amount was credited to Pantaloons credit in place of My original payment method.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
