Pantaloons online - Wrong product delivered

Hi team, I had a official meeting dated ** nov **** and I ordered black and white formal blazer worth ****. But I received some casual top from the delivery person. Then I placed return in the app and the delivery person refused to take that product because it was wrong according to him. Now I called customer care for this issue she promised that it will be resolved you have to send some pictures of the product in a mail. Since I had meeting outstation I send the mail after few days on **th Nov ****. They replied me again asking some pictures. Again I called they said on *nd Dec only they will reply. Now on *nd Dec they have sent me a mail stating that they have verified the cctv and the product was right. If in case they are saying correct then how I got that product, someone would have purchased it from Pantaloons, pr it was taken from the warehouse without bill. I have been following up with this issue now since seven days, firstly because of wrong product I had to again purchase the blazer from different place it consumed so much of my time leaving office. This is complete harrassment done by the pantaloons team
