Pantaloons online - Package not delivered even if Money was takeen

I have some issues regarding my order no . ******* From their end it's showing that this is delivered but it's not. Out of the * items only * is delivered ie honey women flared and the rest of the * items ie rangmanch yellow and red kurti were not delivered but the money was already taken by the delivery executive. I thought there would be three parcels in it but there was only one.
