Byjus - refund not issued

On February * & *, ****, I was contacted by one of BYJU’S representatives on video call who persuaded me for enrolling my daughter for *th-*th Grade CBSE BYJU'S Classes costing ₹**,***/-. Despite my initial reluctance and multiple requests for clarification, the representative aggressively pushed me to complete the purchase.
*. That on February *, ****, I enrolled my daughter for *th-*th Grade CBSE BYJU'S Classes from Byju’s by paying ₹**,***/- through GPAY directly to BYJU’S vide Reference ID BYJGP*********. The payment was made via GPAY. Rest of ₹**,***/- was supposed to be paid through EMIs for which NACH Mandate was also generated by BYJUS.
*. That I was not satisfied with the content of the above described study material. Moreover, it was leading to increased ‘screen time’ on mobile.
*. That I made a request regarding cancellation of the above said course on February **, **** by sending an email as per the company’s cancellation/refund policy within the allowed period i.e. ** days.
*. That despite multiple requests and follow-ups via email and calls, Byju’s has failed to process the refund, causing financial loss and mental harassment.
*. That now none of the Byju’s customer care numbers & email ids is functional or responding.
*. That I made online complaint on National Consumer Helpline (NCH) twice vides Grievances Numbers ******* & ******* on dated **-**-**** & **-**-**** respectively. No response was received by NCH from Byjus.
*. That a Legal Notice was served by the complainant to Byju’s via Registered Post on **.**.**** which was returned as ‘unclaimed’.
