Makemytrip india Pvt Ltd - REFUND NOT ISSUED

I had booked a *Nights holiday package from chennai to Himachal with MAKEMYTRIP starting on Nov *,****.
The total package cost was INR *,**,*** including flights,hotels and cab transfers.
I paid in two parts: INR **,*** on July **,**** & the remaining INR *,**,*** on Oct *,****.
Due to some reasons, I Cancelled the whole package well in advance on Oct *,****.
As per the cancellation policy, they are bound to refund me the sum of INR *,**,***.
Soon after I cancelled the package, I made a query about the refund and they replied that
it will be processed in **-** business days from the date of cancellation.
But as I didn't get the refund, I made another query on Oct **,**** and another query on Nov *,****.
But for both the queries, they tell me that they didn't get the refund from INDIGO airlines in their account
and to wait for another *-** business days.
I asked the INDIGO airlines and they have confirmed that they have already sent the refunds to
makemytrip on Oct **,**** itself.
As it's already nearing a month post cancellation, I seriously doubt it if what they say is true.
