I had ordered Men's Adidas Sport Inspired Drogo *.* Shoes from https://shop.adidas.co.in/ on *th January ****. The order was delivered to me on *th January **** and since it was COD, I had transferred the amount to the Adidas courier partner Delhivery. After receiving the product I found the product mismatch and placed a return request with Adidas India. The product was picked from my address on **th January ****, upon asking for a return receipt from the Delhivery executive, he told me that it will be provided to Adidas since the return will be shipped to its warehouse. After one week when I did not receive my refund, I called Adidas to inquire about my refund, to which they replied that the product has not reached the Adidas warehouse and it might take *-* more business days to issue the refund. Even after calling them several times since then, the issue has not been resolved and the customer care executives keep on delaying by saying that it might take *-* more days. I am tired of all the fraudulent claims by Adidas and its associates and want a quick resolution for my case with a refund being issued ASAP. If Adidas fails to do so, I'll be bound to file a case against Adidas in the consumer court. Request Voxya to take notice of my case and help me resolve this case against Adidas.
