I have purchased a Eureka Forbes water softner. The sales person did not give complete information on the additional requirements and sold the product. No one came for installation for over a week. After so many follow ups an agent came for installation but informed me that additional Rs.**K to **K will be required for motor and other plumbing items. I therefore requested for refund. Since ** November ****, I have been following up with the company for issuing my refund and till now I did not receive the amount. I have tried escalating this with Grievance officer, sent mails to CEO, CSD but no one seems to be bothered to help me with the review.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
