EUREKA FORBES LTD. - Eureka Forbes Closed Complaints Without Resolution Request for Replacement of Defective Euroclean St

I had earlier filed a grievance (Old Grievance No: *******) regarding my Euroclean Steri Steam purchased from Eureka Forbes, which is still under warranty. The product became non-functional after just one single use, clearly indicating a manufacturing defect.

I initially raised a service request (CM-******-*********) on **/**/****. The assigned technician (Mr. Abhishek – **********) and team manager (Mr. Punith – **********) informed me that the required parts were unavailable, and my replacement request was later unjustly rejected.

Since then, I have followed up multiple times via phone calls (now ignored) and emails to customercare@eurekaforbes.com

— but received no proper response.

On **/**/****, I filed a new complaint (CM-******-********) and submitted a replacement request (No: *****). However, instead of resolving my issue, Eureka Forbes has repeatedly closed my tickets without fixing the problem. Their remark dated **/**/**** falsely claims the issue was resolved and I was satisfied, which is entirely incorrect.

This is a clear case of deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act. Despite multiple complaints, I still do not have a functioning product that is under warranty.

I am demanding an immediate replacement of the Euroclean Steri Steam unit, a proper explanation for the mishandling of my complaints, and compensation for the inconvenience caused over several months. If this is not addressed urgently, I will escalate this to Consumer Court and other legal forums.
