EUREKA FORBES LTD. - Leakage in my water filter since a year

I have been complaining about the leakage issue for a year. Unable to get the utility of the product due to the repeated issue. Since we paid for the cartridge and slowing down water pressure treatment too but nothing helps. It feels even the senior technician have no knowledge. Also, they have no manners to talk of which * says this is the last time we are doing it, next time it happens is not our responsibility. They forced me to pay for AMC. Why so? The whole year the problem is not yet solved since the product is faulty therefore extend my AMC or replace it or refund me as the repair is not a cup of your tea.
