Ref my complaint number ********** dated *th Jan. the complaint is still unresolved and since the Water purifier machine is not working now, I have to manage somehow with tap water. They are prompt in taking AMC support amount, but it has been almost *.* months since I received prompt support from them. Have sent several followup emails, they only have one response that part is not available.
