I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Cleartrip not Issuing refund even after *** days. The issue that I have experienced was:
I have booked following * Trips on Cleartrip portal for my Travel from Mumbai to Melbourne to and fro. Going out on *th April and Returning on **th May ****

Just * weeks before the flight departure , cleartrip informed me on email that flights are cancelled by Srilankan airlines and full refund will be processed to my card.
As per terms of airtickets booking which is mentioned on my e- ticket also, full refund without deduction should be refunded in case flight is cancelled by airlines, which happened in my case.
But even after writing ** emails and many phone calls to their customer care number in last * months I have received nothing except a rare and general statement that refund is under process. Now for last many months cleartrip is not responding at all to my emails also. See attached communication chain on which im continously chasing and still awaiting their revert.
I have even warned them about taking legal help but they are not responding nor giving any expected date of my refund.

*) I like cleartrip to take ownership of this issue as i made booking with them by trusting them .
*) I want that they should honour terms of flights cancelled by airlines themselves and issue me full refund without any further delay as now *** days have already passed.
*) I do NOT want any set off or credit note or travel vouchers as none of my family member will be travelling to any International location for next * years and it will not be utilised at all.
*) I want an immediate refund of full money on same credit card which was used for making payment.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
