Hi, I have booked my flight from Blr-Vtz for **th April on MakeMyTrip for ₹****. Later on due to Covid-** I rescheduled it to **nd March by paying ₹****. Unfortunately the airlines has to cancel the flight due to Janta Curfew. I spoke to Indigo & they said they have refunded full amount the very next day & I have the receipt aswell. After trying to reach for MMT for almost *months I somehow managed to cancel the flight ticket and get my refund that too not fully. They refunded me the amount I paid earlier by deducting their charges. They are not even bothering about the amount which I paid to reschedule. Indigo says we have refunded full amount & mmt only refunds first portion of it and in the invoice it is mentioned I paid **** still mmt is not bothering and I am unable to reach them through any means. My invoice number is NF**************.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
