I booked bus ticket for **/**/**** - **:** PM from Sonauli to Delhi .
Bus never showed up on the boarding point i was waiting there since * o clock. I reported the issue to the redbus chat they gave me case number - ******** , from past *-** days i am waiting for my refund and i have been asked to wait without any fault of mine.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
