Jio air fiber - Refund not initiated

I have given ****rs as an advance for jio airfiber service and after some time i have requested them for refund as I'm not willing to take their service as per their norms were not satisfied to me. This was happened in the month of February **** since then i have been sending several emails to them but no resolution has been given to me.
