Krishanu Patgiri filed complaint against Samsung on Nov 15, 2020
I have placed order on Samsung Shop website on ** October with order id *********** of Galaxy Tab S* worth Rs ***** paid through credit card. Later I cancelled order on ** October. It has been about a month,my money has not been refunded yet. I got a message on *st November at **.** am that courier has returned the package to samsung and my refund will be initiated within ** hours(Email screenshotis attached). But there is no sign no refund. Please help me out.
