My daughter joined for their hybrid class * to * (online and offline mode) for a total price of around Rs.***** paid upfront, on July ****.She attended class * till March **** by April **** they closed their offline center after which I have requested for a refund on ** June **** and got an approval for Rs.***** which was much below what I had paid it's been more than two months now and no reply from your end.
Tried calling the customer service number which are switched off.
