I made a return of the product for INR *** on August **, **** and it has been more than a month my refund has not been initiated.
After calling to ajio customer care i got to know my account has being blocked and they cannot help me with the refund thing.
So I started sending emails with proof to ajio for my refund, still not getting any response from the team.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
