I booked a bus on MMT to travel from Jhansi to Lucknow on ** November just before few hours of my bus arrival driver called me and told me that he can’t come as there are not much tickets booking so that he can travel to lucknow so he told me that he will refund my full money the next day and from that day onwards he is saying you will get your money by the end of today and so on I tried to complain on MMT but they didn’t responded they just raised a complaint which has no answer till today i want my refund and from today he is not even picking up my calls
