Cleartrip - Refund not given

Indigo has given the refund to cleartrip on July and August and i have not yet got the refund into my account even till date (Oct *th). Cleartrip has closed all customer support options and is giving a standard computer reply that there is no bank reference for the refund and they have processed the refund on Sep *nd and i will get it in my account in *-* days (the same text gets repeated for more than * month now)

I have been following up for around **+ times with cleartrip and they only give an automated reply saying the same thing that the refund has been processed but they are not able to share any proper details, including the bank transaction reference, bank details where they have made the payment..etc. This makes it clear that they have not refunded and are committing fraud.
