Goibibo India Private Limited - Refund not given

I have booked a hotel named Hotel Sai Murali Chandra in Shiridi through Goibibo from **st June to **th June ****. While booking the picture shown was beautiful but when we reached and before Check in we saw the rooms which were really pathetic and no fan is working and total rooms in very bad condition, as such without staying immediately I cancelled the booking from **st June to **th June. But after cancel i got a message from Goibibo that * amount will be refunded. I agree that first day you may not refund the amount since I cancelled after the check out time but for the second and third day amount should be refunded since for **nd june ** hours is still left. I tried contacting Goibibo but no one received the call and I was complete fade up, as such I thought of giving a complain. Request you to please do the needful. I am surprise that being a multinational brand why Goibibo is associated with very unprofessional hotel .
