An Air India Kolkata - Toronto ticket was booked through Cleartrip for travel between May'** to June'**. The flight was cancelled due to Covid** lockdown . Despite repeated followups , Clear Trip has not responded with a clear reason for the delay in refund and have been frustratingly vague in their communications
