Airline (GoAir) have refunded the entire amount. But MakeMyTrip is not processing my refund and there is no way to contact the. I tried ****s times. I contacted Airline they said we have processed the entire amount to Makemytrip.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
