Make My Trip - Refund not given on flight cancellation

I had a flight booking from Lucknow to Kolkata on the *rd Feb, **** which was cancelled by go air on *st Feb, ****. Since then I have been calling them for a refund but their is no response from make my trip. Every time I speak to Go air they say they have refunded the whole amount to MMT on *st Feb, **** itself. Tirelessly I have called the helpline number and emails sent but no refund / communication from their end. I am attaching a SS of the cancelled itinerary as well.
