Cleartrip - Refund not given its more than 90 days already

I have booked flyt on march **rd to portblair, flight was cancelled by the airline only, the airline refunded the ticket to cleartrip by march end only but still cleartrip didnt refund my amount, they send the same message that my amount will be refunded , due to covid issue they are working with limited staffs and shit. ** days isnt enough for them, they promised refund in ** days but ** days over already.
