I purchased ** bottles of Vaseline Original Pure Skin Jelly ** g Size: **-** ML from Myntra on **May **** worth Rs *** with Order ID # ******* **************
On receiving the delivery on **May ****, I found that the bottles are more than half empty, spilled and is damaged So I requested Myntra immediately to replace the product or take it back and refund Rs***. The Myntra executive then informed me that tickets are created for same and can expect resolution by ** May.
On **May****, I got messages that pick up is arranged for * bottles alone. Then I checked with Myntra on why **th bottle is not picked and the service executive Pooja didnt give me clarity here despite making me wait more than *.*hr in chat. Consequently return guy said he cant even take the * bottles as it is looking spilled and damaged. I explained him return was requested as the product is damaged.
My request is to return and refund all ** bottles. So I requested him politely to refrain from taking any, then he argued, refused to go and created an unpleasant situation in front of my apartment ringing bell again and again, calling and making noise.
I raised an INGRAMS complaint -Grievance Number: ******* where Myntra has declined the claim of the product, without any explanations or redressal on damaged, spilled and half empty bottles I got.
After updating the status so, their delivery boy came and picked up all ** bottles from me worth Rs*** around *PM IST on **May****..
But now Myntra has refunded only Rs*** for * bottles. Rest of the * bottles are not even shown in app as processing return/refund.
And in last *-* days I have spent almost a day in total chatting with their customer executives who never answers to point, immediately close. Tickets raised or opened without any explanation I have lost faith completely in Myntra’s customer service and Myntra is acting like typical liars.
Now I am getting messages from Myntra and their delivery partner ekart that they are coming for pickup when I have already returned all ** bottles, which is see as unwanted intrusion and a safety concern.
Hanging behind the refund request for the damaged product Myntra delivered, I have lost time and has faced mental agony on. Requesting to take action to refund Rs***(worth of * bottles that they took and didn’t refund) and help me by bringing a closure here.
